There are things being said about me that are simply not true. They're
false statements with no evidence to back them up. The persons making those
statements have never asked me what I think. Keep in mind there's no
contact between me and whoever is involved in the surveillance. They're
criminals I don't know slandering me, someone they're committing a crime
against. I don't know exactly what's being said or where it's coming from.
It's really hard to defend myself or try to figure out a persons motives
when you don't who they are or what exactly was said. I can say whether
something is true or false, so I'll try and do that.
I'm someone who's completely non-religious. I have no religious or
superstitious beliefs at all. I'm an atheist. I have no belief
in astrology or lucky charms or anything like that. Any accusation that I
have any religious or superstitious beliefs at all is false.
It sounds like what's being said is the result of paranoid fantasy.
The paranoid fantasies of the person making those accusations have nothing
to do with me. The person making the accusations is nuts or lying or both.
My views about psychiatry are not influenced by a cult. If psychiatry can
be viewed as some kind of mainstream religion I'd simply be a non
believer and not part of any cult. I expect them to have scientific evidence
to back up their quackery and fraud. I think the chemical imbalance theory is
a belief about brain function like the medieval theory of humorism.
I'm still hoping to have the law enforced here in Syracuse. The
surveillance is against the law and it's being done by people with no right
or justification for it. It's simply criminal and the law needs to be
enforced. I'm not asking for special police protection from the Syracuse
Police Department.
Whenever I leave my apartment I take my chances with whoever might be
involved. I even live with the possibility they might enter my apartment by
force. I'm just asking that the law be enforced in a matter that local law
enforcement is
fully aware of. It's something that any reasonable person would expect and
even take for granted. All I'm asking is that the law be enforced.

no contact between me and whoever is involved unless I don't know they're
involved. There has never been any consent given ever. It's
mind blowing that anyone would even consider saying there was. Anyone saying
there was consent is lying or completely nuts.
I'm currently under surveillance in my own home. All the surveillance is
being conducted covertly. People around me know that it's going on and are
participating in harassment associated with it but I don't know who is and
who isn't directly involved in it. What they're doing is a brazen
violation of both state and federal law. People who have visited this
website before have probably read what I've written about it in the past.
The same thing is still ongoing. I sued the City of Syracuse over a year
ago and the matter still isn't resolved. Here's
a copy of the complaint that I
filed.
People are brainwashed or nuts or something. There was never and consent
given to anyone at any point in time to invade my privacy in any way. All
the intrusions into my privacy are completely unwanted. I think the sexual
comments being made about me are outrageous. Any surveillance is being done
covertly and completely without any consent from me. The people involved
directly know there's no consent at all. It's mindblowingly absurd
to say there ever was. They know I have this weblog, why not post a comment
identifying themselves and leaving some contact information for me? If there
was consent it wouldn't be a problem would it? There is no consent now and
there never was any in the past. I don't even know who's directly involved.
There are a lot of things being said about me that are just completely
untrue. I don't know who's saying what's being said. I really can't
respond to something when I don't know who's saying it or what exactly was
said. People are saying things about me and I have no way to defend
myself against any of it. Most of the statements are untrue. What
credibility dose someone involved in a crime against me have? If these
statements are credible why not contact me and give me a
chance to respond? Why not leave a comment to this weblog post or send an
email? They know this weblog exists.

Today I finally got around to putting this weblog back online. I have a
lot going on that I plan on writing about. First I have to find and fix
